FHBOne of the things we love most about Falmouth is that it’s a peninsula which means we can enjoy the most beautiful beaches on both sides of town. Falmouth Heights Beach is very popular in the summer months; warm waters and soft sand attract tourists and townspeople alike. Despite how desirous it is, there is plenty of room for beach goers to play games or lounge in the sand since it’s such a long arc of coast.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite at the beach you can simply walk across the street to the British Beer Company to get some lunch. You can dine in and enjoy the ocean view, or grab some sandwiches to go and dine alfresco. As the sun is about to set, we suggest heading to the upstairs deck at Casino Wharf to grab a cocktail. The ocean views are completely unobstructed and unparalleled.

Metered parking is offered along the street (Grand Ave.) and daily parking is $10/day when you stay locally at a B&B. The beach offers bathrooms, concession, and showers. Walk along the beautiful jetties and enjoy the calm waves of the Nantucket Sound at one of Falmouth’s most beautiful open ocean oases.
