Enjoy a three-day culture fest this June in downtown Falmouth. Arts Alive is a vibrant (and free) event that includes sixty performances ranging from theatre and spoken word to dance and music. In addition to performances, artisans and craftspeople will exhibit and sell their works across from the library lawn.
This year’s festival takes place June, 19 from 5pm-9pm, Saturday, June 20 from 10am-9pm and Sunday, June 21 from 11am-5pm. Friday night’s performances include a drum circle, jazz band and a town dance with music from the Bart Weisman Group. Saturday will be an all day, all night affair and include a rock fest in the performance tent, Amy Larkin and Friends in the music tent, the Woods Hole Theatre Company in the library tent and much more. Sunday will conclude with Falmouth Fiddlers, Vic Solo (Elvis) and Eric Treehouse. A full lineup of performances and artists can be found here.
The festival will take place in beautiful downtown Falmouth – the perfect place to dine alfresco, visit unique boutiques and museums rich with Cape Cod history. Arts Alive is sponsored by Arts Falmouth, a non-profit membership organization that celebrates and promotes arts and culture in and around Falmouth.
